Break the Silence on Domestic Violence is a campaign conceived in response to soaring levels of domestic violence in the Sacramento area. Working with Sacramento's domestic violence prevention agency, WEAVE (Women Escaping A Violent Environment) and The California Endowment, PMC developed a complete, multi-media campaign which ran for four years and achieved remarkable results in terms of individual citizen awareness and conviction regarding responsibility for preventing the crime.
